		<description>Rails has been doing all of these things for a few years now but generally you hit the high selling points of Rails.  However Dreamweaver, FrontPage and the like are not what should be compared to Rails.  They do HTML, Rails does applications.  It would be like comparing a Chevrolet Assembly Plant to a paint and body shop.</description>
